About
Kat has called San Antonio home since high school and is proud to serve the community that helped shape her. She earned her undergraduate degree in Politics and Law from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where her interest in the legal field began to take root.
In 2020, Kat joined our firm as a receptionist. Inspired by our mission and the impact of our work, she made the decision to pursue a legal career. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and returned to the firm as a licensed attorney, excited to continue serving clients with compassion and dedication.
While in law school, Kat was a student attorney with the Housing Rights Clinic at the Center for Legal and Social Justice, where she represented low-income tenants facing eviction. She also served on the Community Outreach Team, attending local events to provide education and resources on tenants' rights and housing law. These experiences deepened her commitment to advocacy and public service—values she brings into her practice every day.
Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and four dogs. She loves exploring coffee shops around San Antonio and is currently learning how to crochet.
